They are a wonderful people that works here and excellent customer service
They rented a hotel for the dance group to stay. The rooms are clean, there are no extraneous smells, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm, there are towels. If necessary, you can ask for a kettle. We also ordered breakfast which costs 35 RON. We liked everything.
The hotel is clean, well maintained. There was hot water, soap, towels, shampoo. The staff were friendly. There is A/C, but this a drawback at the same time: it is huge, it stays on the floor (see photo) and is very noisy. It is impossible to sleep with it. I tried to sleep with open window but it was noisy outside as the window was on the side of the street. The twin beds are narrow. Seems a little overrated to me 195 Ron for a twin room.
A fair price payed for full home comfort just on the edge of Bucharest. New building, very clean, quality materials, decent furniture, free wide band WiFi internet, LED TVs, washing machine, hair dryer and all you need to cook
I went to this place for the first time, it's really a great place, everything was perfect.
The hotel is nice and the personnel is polite. The only "downside" is that if you go when the hotel is full then you might have a difficult time in finding a parking spot. Everything else is nice and ok
Good experience we had with them. I would recommend for family with kids. Big rooms and a lot of space for kids to run. Coffee is so so, but it's cool that you can order it any time you want. Also great place, not in the center of city, it's quiet and easy to find. With parking at the hotel also is ok.
I'm sure it's a decent place to stay and feel safe. Don't worry about that; you can buy some groceries at reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no problems there. We've been in contact with their manager, who's very responsive; everything's fine, he listened to everything, and helped, so we recommend it.
